That’s a great question regarding flights. The cost of flights to reach the tour’s starting point and return home afterwards is not part of the tour package.
The main reason for this is the diverse origins of our guests – people join us from all over! By excluding flights, we allow everyone the freedom to secure the most convenient and cost-effective travel arrangements from their specific departure city. You might find better deals locally or through your favourite online booking sites.
Don’t worry about the timing though – we will advise you on the necessary arrival date. Plus, to make your arrival and departure seamless, we arrange and include complimentary airport transfers (pick-up when you arrive for the tour and drop-off when the tour concludes).
While we don’t allow modifications to our scheduled tour packages, there’s a good reason for it! We’ve poured a lot of effort into creating itineraries that strike the perfect balance between culture, history, relaxation, and that all-important ‘me’ time. Our goal is to give you the best possible experience and value within the small group setting.
The fixed program ensures we can deliver on this promise and satisfy the varied interests of everyone joining the tour.

Payment and Cancellation
Ready to lock in your unforgettable experience? A deposit (see the specific tour page for the amount) will hold your place! The remaining balance is then due at least 90 days before the adventure begins. This helps us secure all the incredible experiences lined up for you, as our awesome suppliers need advance confirmation. Paying is easy – use your Visa or Mastercard (a small fee applies) or get in touch for bank transfer options.

We understand that adjustments sometimes need to be made. If you cancel your booking within 90 days of your trip start date, we’re happy to transfer your deposit to a future adventure. To ensure the smooth operation of our trips, cancellations made less than 90 days prior to departure will result in the deposit being non-refundable and non-transferable.
Don’t forget your travel insurance! Comprehensive coverage is required for all Soluna Travels trips and is your responsibility to arrange. Please submit your insurance details to our Operations Team by the specified date and have a copy readily available during your travels.
Please be aware that failure to have adequate insurance may lead to denied participation without refund. We strongly suggest purchasing your policy at the time of booking to protect your investment, including flights and other extras, in case of unexpected cancellations.
Passport Check: Six Months & Beyond! To ensure smooth travels, please make sure your passport is valid for at least six months after your adventure concludes. It’s super important that you have a valid passport and all the right visas, permits, and certificates for your citizenship for the entire trip and any stops along the way.
